These content rules apply to all media and text submissions to tescort.com and are enforced strictly by our moderation team. Violations may result in rejection of content, profile suspension, or permanent ban.
1. Ad Sedcard Violations
- Images containing social media nicknames or handles.
- Photos with watermarks from photographers.
- Visual marks indicating locations.
- Inclusion of phone numbers or email addresses.
- Advertising or promotional content (e.g., calls to action to purchase a product).
2. Image Manipulation
- Obvious or poorly executed Photoshop effects.
- Images where the individual has been digitally inserted into a background.
3. Duplicate Content
- Reuse of identical photos or videos already uploaded.
4. Explicit or Overly Intimate Content
- Media exposing intimate body parts not suitable for the platform.
5. Acceptable Content Categories
- Private Album: Media aligning with private criteria and privacy settings.
- Public Album: Suitable for public viewing but not for the avatar album.
- Story Video Album: Must meet story rules:
- Overlays (text, stickers, filters).
- No visible face or absent person.
- Not part of a storyline or sequence.
- Erotic but not explicit (e.g., lingerie, striptease).
- Story Photo Album: Includes effects, stickers, collage or poor framing.
6. Low-Quality Content
- Poor lighting, low resolution, unrecognizable images.
- Cropped, muted, or distorted media.
7. Inverted & Static Media
- Upside-down images.
- Videos that resemble static images (no motion).
8. Screenshots & Recordings
- Detectable screenshots or screen recordings.
9. External References
- Media with watermarks or links to external websites or platforms.
10. Critical Prohibited Media
- Presence of minors (real or appearing under 18) – strictly banned.
- Media suggesting coercion, extortion, or threat.
- Short videos under 10 seconds (except as intro).
- Looped or boomerang-style clips.
- Bank details, payment methods, account numbers.
- Zoophilia or erotic content with animals.
- Simulated or real non-consensual acts.
- Personalized messages addressing names/nicknames.
- Romantic or relationship-indicating phrases.
- Weapons, violence, or aggressive scenes.
- References to human or sex trafficking.
- Desecration of national flags or symbols.
- Intimate scenarios involving others, especially of opposite gender.
- Speaking videos with no audio.
- Third-party promotional content.
11. Text Content Violations
- Cropped or incomplete text (e.g., "...")
- Poorly translated or nonsense text.
- Repetitive or generic templates.
- Slurs, hate speech, or offensive language.
12. Icebreaker Content Rejection
- Mismatch between image and message.
- Inappropriate or sexually explicit messages.
- Unclear language or translation errors.
- Mentions of bots, scams, or discrediting the platform.
- Non-standard fonts or characters.
13. Other
- Moderators may provide a custom rejection reason if content doesn't fit listed categories.
14. Prohibited Content – Declined Without Exception
- Financial information (IBANs, credit cards).
- Explicit nudity or pornography.
- Any content suggesting or involving minors.
- Zoophilia or animal erotic content.
- Non-consensual or violent sex acts.
15. Legal and Policy Notes
- Underage Content: Any suspicion of underage individuals leads to an account ban and GDPR deletion is suspended pending legal review.
- Impersonation Reports: Accounts reported for identity abuse will be suspended until identity verification is completed.
- Minimum Age Requirement: Only individuals 18+ are permitted on Tescort.
- Country Restrictions: Users from the following countries are prohibited and will be banned: United States, Nigeria, Benin, Afghanistan.
