If you feel it’s time to take a break from your promotion or want to temporarily stop your ad, the process is quick and simple. Follow the steps below to pause your ad and return whenever you feel ready:
Log into your account: Go to our website and log in to your personal account using your login details.
Go to the ticket section: Once logged in, navigate to the menu and write a ticket to our support team requesting a pause.
Reactivating your ad: When you’re ready to start receiving visits and messages again, simply follow the steps because you can now resume the pause by yourself from your menu by clicking on "Boost" and resuming your plan.
When an ad is paused all the remaining Premium days and hours are saved on your account.
Please note that you can only pause your ad once per Premium.In this case, if you have a 30 days Diamond, you can only pause it one time in 30 days.
If you need more than one pause per month, we recommend buying 15 days Premiums.In this way, you can pause your ad two times in 30 days.
